I received my B.S. degree in MechanicalEngineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, USA, in 2016, and my M.S.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA, in 2018, where I worked under the supervision of Prof. Daniel E. Koditschek at Kod*Lab. I completed my Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, in 2024, conducting research in Prof. Ye Zhao’s Lab for Intelligent Decision and Autonomous Robots (LIDAR).
I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, College of Engineering and Petroleum, Kuwait University.
My research interests include bipedal navigation in real-world environments, formal methods, and safety and robustness in locomotion.
